INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
$1,000 Non-Refundable deposit per hunter to book hunt
Balance on hunt due at orientation
Release of liability form to be filled out at orientation
Hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license
All non-Hunting guests are $250 per hunt
Guides will approximately score and age the deer before the shot is fired
Hunter decides which deer to take, and agrees to pay the fee based on the after kill gross score
No kill guarantees
A wounded deer will be tracked and if not found will be treated as a dead deer
and will be valued based on the guides estimate of the score
Walk in cooler available for deer storage
Cleaning of game is included
Local game processing and taxidermy are available
Alcoholic beverages must be provided by hunter and moderate consumption is limited to the lodge
and bunkhouse only
For out of state hunters transportation to & from the airport can be arranged
There is no Guide fee but tipping is appreciated
